These gatherings are held fortnightly, with a focus on relaxation, connection and heart awakening.
A supportive relaxed environment is created so that you can feel comfortable just being you, perfect as you are. Participants are guided to experience the wonder of ordinary life, through going deeper into being.
Each meeting consists of a guided exploration, time to share, and various connection activities.
