![]() I was tuning into my Mindscape workshop, and part of the process is going through a nature scene. The scenes represent aspects of the subconscious mind, so it is a great way to get extra information about life. As soon as I went into my nature scene a galloping horse ran past me. I immediately jumped on without thinking about it, and held on for the wild ride. I felt the immense power of the horse beneath me, the muscles contracting and extending, the heat and smell of the body as it reached it's maximum potential. I was gripping tightly to the hair beneath my hands, maintaining my balance, determined not to fall off. The horse stopped and i dismounted. I asked the horse 'What is your name?' 'I am Destiny, the Spirit Horse' the horse said 'Do you have any advice for me?' I asked 'Hang on, Keep your balance, Enjoy the ride' Destiny replied Sometimes opportunities present themselves, and I often get a little hesitant. Having had some limitations in the past, I have a tendency to ask 'Am I able?'. When I was younger I often asked that question, but I became very bold in my 20s and travelled solo through many countries. I was pretending, I had a good mask stapled on top of everything and I did a good job of it. Health challenges bought the insecurities and lack of confidence back up to the surface and I have been gradually working through them during the past years. There is a difference between 'I think I can' and 'I know I can'. Sometimes you've just got to hop on and enjoy the wild ride.
