BodyTalk Group Healing sessions

" Melia. The group session was powerful for me. One of the biggest releasing sessions ever. BodyTalk is an incredibly powerful modality." S.D.

Healing sessions held within a group are very powerful as the group energy combines to create more balance and harmony within every participant. A group healing session will either focus on specific issues raised within the group or a certain focus such as money, time, fear, guilt, shame, joy, presence for example.

Group healing sessions are facilitated within a comfortable home environment. You are welcome to make yourself comfotable with a pilates mat on the ground or sitting in a chair. A connection is made with the group energy, and BodyTalk is used to balance and shift the energy of the collective. Various forms of tapping are used to release the energy. Bodytalk operates on a level which influences the energetic, mental, emotional and physical bodies so many forms of healing may occur from a group session, depending on how your body seeks to balance and heal itself.

Group healings are held on a regular basis once a month, and special events are held at certain times of the year.

Cost: $40pp
Time: 90min-2hrs

It is good to plan some down time post session so you can fully process the session.
It is recommended to drink plenty of water beforehand, wear comfortable clothes and remove your jewellery.
Bowel and bladder clearing is quite normal post session, and occasionally a mild healing crisis may occur which is part of the body's natural healing process.
