When you book for a BodyTalk session, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. Please take the time to read them carefully.
Your Session
- Your session will be approximately 60-90 min.
- Hydrate with water before your appointment.
- Wear comfortable clothing. You will be lying on your back on the table, or sitting is an option.
- During the session I ask your body questions and then use tapping to release the held energy. During this process you will be taking deep breaths as I tap over your head, heart and gut brain.
- Please don't wear strong scents.
-Please let me know of any mobility issues as my current room is located up stairs (Suite 5, 5/18 Griffin Drive, Dunsborough (Parking and entrance is on St Michael's Parkway, enter through the red doors 'Smart Office Suites' and go up the stairs and to the right. Suite 5 is at the end of the hallway on the right).

Drink plenty of water and follow what your body needs.
Common post session experiences are:
- Needing to sleep or feeling more energised.
-Emotional processing.
- Clearing of the bowels post session.
- Smelly urine.
- A mild increase in symptoms may be experienced as part of the body's natural healing process.
- If urgent, please seek medical attention. BodyTalk is a complimentary therapy and not a substitute for medical care.
