Join me for a journey into acceptance of the self on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritually, as we explore 3 sessions through a BodyTalk group healing and balance:
-Week 1: Self Love
-Week 2: Self Doubt
-Week 3: Self Worth
The sessions will be held live via Zoom Wednesday 530pm on the 30th Jan, 6th Feb, 13th Feb.
An audio recorded replay will be sent to you after the session so you can listen anytime.
Group healing work is very powerful as the group gathers and shares in releasing the held issues. Many people comment that the session felt like it was just for them, and this shows us how similar we all are on a deep level.
