Each retreat is custom-designed with your goals in mind. Some examples of retreat formats are listed below.
Half day Retreat at Amavi Farm.
A half day designed to ground, relax and strengthen connection.
Choose 2-3 options

Group Sound Bath
or
Group BodyTalk energy medicine session. This session will focus on helping strengthen the body and mind to process emotions and to release held energy within the body.
or
Equine Assisted Learning session with the Amavi Farm herd with a focus on grounding, awareness and breathing. Held in the paddock
or
Creative Arts session with air dried clay and mono printing .
Tea/Coffee break and relax
Other retreat options are listed below. I will provide you with a quote once I've received the information about your Retreat. Packages begin at $400.
Option 1
• 75 minute Sound Bath experience with Peter Hess Therapeutic Singing Bowls, Fen gongs (70cm and 50cm), rainstick, wah-wah tubes, koshi chimes, tongue drum, medicine drum.
• Includes inflatable camp mats, covers, pillows, blankets and eye pillows.
• Includes travel to retreat location within Yallingup, Dunsborough, Busselton, Margaret River set up and pack down. Other locations may incur a travel fee
• 10-14 people
Option 2
• 60 minute BodyTalk Energy Medicine Group Session plus 30 minute Group Sound Bath (90 min total)
• Includes inflatable camp mats, covers, pillows, blankets and eye pillows.
• Includes travel to Yallingup, Dunsborough, Busselton, Margaret River, set up and pack down. Other locations may incur a travel fee.
• 10-14 people TBC

Option 3
• 60 minute BodyTalk Energy Medicine Group Session plus 60min Group Sound Bath (2.5 hrs total, inclusive of a break/stretch)
• Includes inflatable camp mats, covers, pillows, blankets and eye pillows.
• Includes travel to Yallingup, Dunsborough, Busselton, Margaret River, set up and pack down. Other locations may incur a travel fee.
• 10-14 people TBC
Option 4
This option is for smaller groups 2-4 people. It includes a pared back Sound Bath experience with less instruments.
• 75 minute Sound Bath experience with Peter Hess Therapeutic Singing Bowls, Fen gong 50cm.
• Includes inflatable camp mats, covers, pillows, blankets and eye pillows.
• Includes travel to retreat location within Yallingup, Dunsborough, Busselton, Margaret River set up and pack down. Other locations may incur a travel fee.
